To allow staff to undertake hundreds of pharmacies stocktakes per annum the system is configured to allow the rapid addition of new pharmacy locations. Reporting has been developed to minimise the post count work EJG are required to undertake to prepare final customer outputs. This reduces costs, keeps staff in the field longer and gets reports to customers quicker.The easy-to-use scanning application identifies and prices products from a single scan. This allows new starters to be productive immediately they have been trained.
Price updates can be loaded into the catalogue system allowing updated pricing to be reflected in the stocktake reports. Multiple price catalogues can be maintained allowing different price books per customer.
For all customers the same scanning application is used reducing the training requirements for new staff. The flexibility of the system is its ability to load customer specific data and personalise reports and export formats to their exact requirements.
