How Signetor Delivers
Signetor’s online application for controlling stocktake jobs allows Optilogix and Signetor to look at the same information at the same time. This allowed us to train and continuously support Optilogix remotely. One of the major ways we have helped Optilogix get started is providing quality control on the customer provided data and setting up their first few jobs. This has helped Optilogix establish firm rules for data provision and the number of days it needs to be supplied prior to the stock count.
Each of the scanners have the capability for us to remotely access them and support Optilogix counting staff ensuring any issues can be cleared up and they can quickly return to work. Equally important in some of the large warehouses where Internet speeds and Wi-Fi provision is patchy that the Signetor scanners work without the need for continuous Wi-Fi.
When the stocktake is complete all the data can be matched against the stock on hand file, analysed in Qlik Sense and exported as an MS Excel file for customer review. The full audit trail has provides confidence that all data is accounted for.
The Signetor system & support has allowed Optilogix to tackle large projects very quickly after entering the market.
